R. Shawn Helda is an experienced and seasoned businessman who has launched and operated multi-million dollar companies with international expansion in the fields of Real Estate Development, Construction, Property Management and Investment.

Shawn graduated from the Architecture School of Design at Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree and with a minor in Marketing. He also attended the prestigious Art Center of Design in Los Angeles, California.

Serving as President and CEO of Carlton Tate Group LLC, Carlton Tate International, Corinthian Properties Inc. and Corinthian Capital, Shawn Helda’s diversified expertise in architecture, design, construction, project management, property management, development, real estate services and business operations allowed Carlton Tate's group of companies to successfully expand into projects nationally and internationally. Shawn has been a licensed General Contractor in California, Arizona, Hawaii and Guam.

Projects include the construction development and management of large, commercial hotels and offices in California, North Carolina, Hawaii and Guam and included well-known projects, such as the Anaheim Hilton Hotel, Four Seasons Hotel, Hyatt Grand Wialea Hotel, Fairmont Hotel, Beverly Hills Hotel, Pan Pacific Plaza, Honfed Tower, Nexus Technology Center, One Pacific Tower, Marriott Hotel, Dessert Princess Hotel, The Atrium, Leo Palace and others.

Additionally, Shawn Helda’s companies also developed award-winning residential projects in California and Colorado, earning, among others, the prestigious Gold Nugget Award at the Pacific Coast Builders Conference for the Best Attached Home over 2000 square feet and the MAME Award for Major Achievement in Marketing Excellence.
Over the last 30 years, Shawn Helda assembled and integrated his companies to achieve the full range of expertise required to take commercial and residential projects from concept, architectural drawings and specifications, through construction, marketing, property management and final disposition for consistent investor returns.
